FSI International ( FSII ) is up 12% at 2.91, retreating from a late morning high of 3.09 and lately seeing buyers attempting to hold a near-term floor near 2.90.
The company announced earlier today that it has received a follow-on order for its ORION Single Wafer Cleaning System from two leading semiconductor producers.
One customer will use the system for front-end-of-line (FEOL) all-wet photoresist stripping applications, while the other customer will use the system for back-end-of-line (BEOL) applications.
The company expects to ship the orders in fiscal 2012.
