UPDATE: Empire Mining 1% Lower on Assay Results

Empire Mining (EPC.V) went down by 1% to 37 cents on late Monday afternoon after announcing additional assay results at the Demirtepe target area of the Bursa copper-gold-silver-molybdenum project in Turkey.

The company said 3 drill holes intersected significant shallow copper-gold-silver skarn mineralization and 2 of the drill holes also intersected significant molybdenum grades. The drilling has extended the mineralization to the south and to the west, thereby confirming the continuity of the mineralization in the Main Zone, the company also said.

EPC shares are now unchanged at nearly 38 cents.
