Sept 9 (Reuters) - British software company Sage Group Plc SGE.L said on Monday it is evaluating a possible sale of Sage Pay, the company's payment processing unit.
The company said it is looking into potential options for its payments arm, adding there was no certainty that a deal would be reached.
The company's statement was in response to a Sky News report, which first reported the possible sale.
