Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Tuesday were GlaxoSmithKline ( GSK ), trading up about 0.5% with over 5.6 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Keycorp ( KEY ), off about 0.2% on volume of over 5.1 million shares. Resolute Energy ( REN ) is the component faring the best Tuesday, higher by about 5.6% on the day, while Tractor Supply ( TSCO ) is lagging other components of the PowerShares S&P International Developed Low Volatility Portfolio ETF, trading lower by about 2.5%.
