In trading on Tuesday, cigarettes & tobacco shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.6%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Altria Group, off about 4% and shares of Philip Morris International down about 3.8% on the day.
Also lagging the market Tuesday are trucking shares, down on the day by about 1.5% as a group, led down by Daseke, trading lower by about 3.1% and J.B. Hunt Transport Services, trading lower by about 2.6%.
