Toronto's main stock index may open slightly lower on Monday as commodity prices fell and concerns over Japan's nuclear crisis and violence in the Middle East and North Africa persisted.

Stocks to watch:

Vector Aerospace (RNO.TO): EADS has ended a three-year acquisition drought in North America with a $637 million agreed cash bid for the Canadian overhaul and repair firm by helicopter division Eurocopter.

CVTech Group Inc. (CVT.TO) fourth quarter profit of $3 million reverses year-ago loss while consolidated revenues up 13.7% to $69.7 million.
