TSX Little Moved at 10 am -- Miners, Financials, Lead Gains

The TSX is down 2 points this morning on mixed sectors. Miners and financials are the biggest gains, up 1.24% and 0.42% respectively. Gold, silver and copper are in the green today.

The biggest decliners are Utilities (-0.49%), and Energy (-0.41%). Crude oil has dipped slightly, to US$44.21.

Bank of Canada governor Stephen Poloz said in a TV interview today that the two rate cuts in 2015 have worked and the BoC now needs to consider other options as excess capacity continues to be used up.
