(Reuters) - Canada's main stock index rose at the open on Monday, helped by a rise in energy shares as oil prices gained more than 1%.
* At 9:33 a.m. ET (1333 GMT), the Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index .GSPTSE was up 17.18 points, or 0.1%, at 16,552.51.
