TSX Dips 12 Points With Energy Down 1.5%, Industrials, Miners, Lead Gains

The TSX Down 12 Points on Mixed Sectors with energy and telecoms the biggest decliners.

Energy is down 1.5%, pulled down by Enbridge (ENB.TO) whose shares are now down 5.37% after the company provided an update on the Line 3 replacement project after hours on Friday. More than 3.6 million shares have been traded, making it the third most active on the TSX.

Crude oil however, is up 1.85% to US$56.83. Oil prices are higher on reports that the US and China are nearing a trade deal that would lift tariffs on China's exports.

Industrials (+1%) and miners (+0.83%) are the biggest gainers this morning.
