TSX up 14 Points With Healthcare, Energy, The Biggest Gainers; Miners Down

The TSX is up just 4 points at 10 am with healthcare, energy, the biggest gainers. Healthcare is up 5.7%, followed by energy, up 0.90%.

Crude oil is now trading at near 3-year highs, boosted by the high compliance by OPEC members to cut production.

Miners are the biggest decliner, down 0.36%, with metals prices all in the red. Utilities is down 0.28%.

Meanwhile Royal Bank CEO Dave McKay said that the chances of NAFTA being scrapped are rising. He was speaking at a Canadian Bank CEO conference.
