Touchstone Exploration (TAB.V) went up by 6% on Monday afternoon after announcing completion of the acquisition, through its indirect wholly-owned Trinidad subsidiary Territorial Services Limited, of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Primera Oil & Gas Ltd., Primera Oilfield Management Services Ltd., and Primera East Brighton Ltd., known as the Primera Group, for US$50.7 million.
The Primera Group consists of equity interests in 3 privately owned Trinidad-based companies engaged in the exploration for and development and production of oil and gas reserves in Trinidad and Tobago.
