Brinker International (EAT): Option volume 1,396 percent above average. Investors sold the September 22.50 calls and bought the September 22.50 puts, looking for downside. EAT rose 0.04 percent to $23.
Quest Rare Minerals (QRM): Option volume 942 percent above average. More than 2,000 January 7.50 calls were sold, but volume was below open interest. QRM rose 0.41 percent to $4.92.
Smith & Wesson (SWHC): Option volume 706 percent above average. Traders bought and sold the December 4 calls and the October 4 calls. SWHC rose 1.85 percent to $3.31.
Capstead Mortgage (CMO): Option volume 638 percent above average. Investors bought the September 12.50 puts but volume was below open interest. CMO fell 0.08 percent to $13.27.
