Pico Holdings ( PICO ) is the component faring the best Thursday, higher by about 1.5% on the day, while IAC/INTERACTIVECORP ( IACI ) is lagging other components of the PowerShares Global Listed Private Equity Portfolio ETF, trading lower by about 2.4%.
