Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Thursday were Regions Financial ( RF ), trading off about 0.4% with over 3.7 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Prospect Capital ( PSEC ), off about 0.4% on volume of over 2.4 million shares. PICO Holdings ( PICO ) is the component faring the best Thursday, up by about 1.2% on the day, while Safeguard Scientifics ( SFE ) is lagging other components of the PowerShares Global Listed Private Equity Portfolio ETF, trading lower by about 2.7%.
