Thursday's ETF with Unusual Volume: KIE

The SPDR S&P Insurance ETF is seeing unusually high volume in afternoon trading Thursday, with over 231,000 shares traded versus three month average volume of about 109,000. Shares of KIE were off about 2.6% on the day.

Components of that ETF with the highest volume on Thursday were American International Group, trading down about 1.9% with over 2.8 million shares changing hands so far this session, and Progressive, off about 2.1% on volume of over 2.7 million shares. Willis Towers Watson Public is the component faring the best Thursday, higher by about 0.1% on the day, while Aspen Insurance Holding is lagging other components of the SPDR S&P Insurance ETF, trading lower by about 12.3%.
