Next week's $150 million IPO from data management SaaS provider Box ( BOX ) could open the door for other enterprise software IPOs in the pipeline. While the tech selloff in early 2014 saw a large reset on valuations and delayed many IPO timeframes (e.g. Box), 2014 still saw some successful enterprise SaaS IPOs, including New Relic ( NEWR ), Zendesk ( ZEN ) and Hubspot ( HUBS ). Jasper could be the first "Internet of Things" IPO, and Atlassian was last valued at over $3 billion. Recent cybersecurity IPOs have performed well, such as FireEye (FEYE; 62%) and CyberArk, (CYBR; +120%), and increased data breaches have put security at the top of the list for many enterprises. This backdrop could make security a key theme for 2015 tech IPOs (Cloudflare, Lookout, Veracode).
