In technology stocks news, Microsemi ( MSCC ), a provider of semiconductor solutions, said it has completed the sale of a non-strategic component of a board level systems and packaging business to Mercury Systems ( MRCY ), for $300 million in cash.
Shares were 0.1% lower at $33.75 in recent trade. The stock has traded between $28.24 and $39.56 over the past 52 weeks.
And Tyler Technologies ( TYL ) has signed contracts with Collin and Galveston counties in Texas to integrate redaction technology into the Tyler Odyssey court and justice solution already used by the counties' courts.
Shares in the company were 0.7% higher at $147.38 in recent trade. The stock has traded between $118.05 and $184.01 over the past 52 weeks.
