Sykes to be taken private by Sitel Group in $2.2 bln deal

June 18 (Reuters) - IT services company Sykes Enterprises Inc SYKE.O said on Friday it will be taken private by Sitel Group in a deal valued at about $2.2 billion on a fully diluted basis.
