SunCoke Energy Partners LP prices IPO at $19, low end of the range

SunCoke Energy Partners LP, a producer of high-quality metallurgical coke used in steelmaking, raised $257 million by offering 13.5 million shares at $19.00, at the low end of the $19-$21 range. SunCoke Energy Partners plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol SXCP. Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan acted as lead managers on the deal.
