Stocks' Losing Streak Ends Into FOMC Interest Rate Decision
Stocks are trading higher on Wednesday, ending a four-day losing streak, as Wall Street anticipates that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged after today's Federal Open Market Committee meeting.
