Stocks' Losing Streak Ends Into FOMC Interest Rate Decision

Stocks are trading higher on Wednesday, ending a four-day losing streak, as Wall Street anticipates that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged after today's Federal Open Market Committee meeting. After a flurry of downbeat economic reports, including the May non-farm payroll report and today's manufacturing and inflation numbers, investors believe the Fed does not yet have the ammunition to raise interest rates for a second time, especially considering the possible economic fall-out from a UK exit from the European Union.
