Stock Futures Hug Flatline Ahead of Q1 GDP

Stock futures were cautiously higher into Friday's open as Wall Street braces for Q1 GDP data, and after the Nasdaq Composite hit a fresh record high on strong quarterly results. The tech-heavy index could set another record following strong quarterly results from Amazon ( AMZN ) and Alphabet (GOOG, GOOGL)

Simmering tensions between the U.S. and North Korea bubbled up overnight after President Trump said in an interview with Reuters that a "major, major" conflict with North Korea is possible, while better-than-expected Euro-zone inflation data lifted EU bourses into the green.
