SPAC Vantage Energy Acquisition files for a $400 million IPO

Vantage Energy Acquisition, a blank check company formed by management of Vantage Energy, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $400 million in an initial public offering.

The Irving, TX-based company was founded in February 2017. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol VEACU. Citi is the sole bookrunner on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
