In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Omnicom Group (OMC) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 6.9%. Year to date, Omnicom Group registers a 12.3% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Packaging Corp of America (PKG), trading down 8.1%. Packaging Corp of America is showing a gain of 11.8% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are WestRock (WRK), trading down 7.5%, and Progressive Corp. (PGR), trading up 5.6% on the day.
