In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Qorvo ( QRVO ) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 3.4%. Year to date, Qorvo has lost about 8.4% of its value.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Marathon Oil ( MRO ), trading down 5.7%. Marathon Oil is lower by about 38.5% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Motorola Solutions ( MSI ), trading down 5.3%, and Garmin ( GRMN ), trading up 3.3% on the day.
