Technology stocks are lower with shares of technology companies in the S&P 500 declining almost 0.3%.
In company news, CalAmp Corp. ( CAMP ) is down 2% at $23.16 a share and the developer of wireless technology solutions today saying it will partner with a General Dynamics Corp ( GD ) subsidiary to create customized versions of CAMP's broadband routers for use with GD Broadband LTE communications systems.
The first product under the agreement is CalAmp's Fusion-LTE broadband router, which operates on the latest 4G cellular networks.

(+) MTSL, Inks three-year contract with SBC Communication to supply the cable, telephone and Internet access provider with mobile virtual-network enabler services.
