Among technology stocks news today, AT&T ( T ) said it has reached an agreement with America Movil ( AMX ) to provide global services to multinational companies in countries across Latin America and to allow AT&T's U.S. customers access to America Movil's networks in 15 markets below the border. T is up 0.20% at $34.82.
And, Camelot Information Systems Inc ( CIS ), provider of enterprise application services and financial industry information technology services in China, has entered into a definitive agreement and plan of merger, pursuant to which the parent company Camelot Employee Scheme Inc. will acquire Camelot Information for US$0.5125 per ordinary share.
If completed, the merger will result in the company becoming a privately held company and its ADSs will no longer be listed on the NYSE. CIS is steady in pre-market at $1.81.
Finally, Amdocs Limited ( DOX ) said that Osnova Telecom, a national operator in Russia, has selected Amdocs Compact Convergence, under a managed services model, to support the commercial launch of its LTE network.
Osnova Telecom is the greenfield telecom operator developing its own 4G LTE network across all Russia. DOX is steady in pre-market at $37.15.
