In healthcare stocks news, Threshold Therapeutics ( THLD ) said it believes that data to be presented at an upcoming conference this week will demonstrate that further evaluation of its TH-303 cancer therapy is warranted.

The company will present data from two preclinical studies into the investigational hypoxia-targeted drug, with immunotherapy, antiangiogenic therapy, and radiotherapy at the American Association for Cancer Research conference beginning in San Diego, California April 5th.

And, Pfizer ( PFE ) was down 3% after it released detailed results from the PALOMA-1 study, a randomized Phase 2 study of palbociclib in combination with letrozole.

PALOMA-1 achieved its primary endpoint by significantly prolonging progression-free survival compared with letrozole alone in post-menopausal women with estrogen receptor positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
