In financial stocks news, Blackstone Mortgage Trust ( BXMT ) shares are down more than 3% pre-bell after the real estate finance company said it priced an offering of 8 million common shares to raise $222.8 million, implying a price of $27.85 a share, a 3% discount to Thursday's close.
The shares recently traded at $27.41 on Thursday with a 52-week range of $24.31 - $30.04.
And, Fidelity Nasdaq Composite Index Tracking Stock Fund ( ONEQ ) will pay a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share from net investment income.
The dividend will be paid on September 26, 2014 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 23, 2014. The ex-dividend date is September 19, 2014.
ONEQ trades in a 52-week range of $143.47 to $181.16.
