In company news, Ryman Hospitality Properties Inc. ( RHP ) is up nearly 4% at $38.79 a share after the real estate investment trust reported Q3 EPS of $0.30, reversing a $0.57 per share net loss in the year-ago quarter.
Analysts, on average, were looking for a $0.27 per share gain.
RHP also generated adjusted funds from operations of $3.28 per share during the quarter, excluding REIT conversion costs, down from $3.49 per share in the year-ago period. Revenue declined 3% year over year to $221.2 million, trailing the Wall Street consensus by $5.72 million.
RHP also reiterated its revised FY13 guidance from Aug. 8 calling adjusted FFO excluding REIT conversion costs of $3.28 to $3.49 per share.
