Energy stocks ended lower as crude futures were unable to mount upward momentum only to end down over 2%. Light, sweet crude oil for July delivery finished down 2.4% to $100.29 a barrel. In energy ETFs, the United States Oil Fund (USO) is down 2.22% to $39.60. The United States Natural Gas ETF (UNG) is up 0.25% at $11.76. In late-session energy news, Enbridge Inc. ( ENB ) shares are down today despite reporting that most of the oil pipelines that were either shut down or slowed due to storms in the U.S. Upper Midwest have been restarted, according to Reuters. ENB's 290,000-barrel per day Line 6B, running from Indiana to Ontario, is back up, with power to the three pumping stations back online, according to company spokeswoman, Lorraine Grymala.
