Sea prices IPO at $15, above the range

Sea, a leading online gaming and shopping platform in Southeast Asia, raised $884 million by offering 59 million shares at $15, above the range of $12 to $14. Sea plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol SE. Goldman Sachs (Asia), Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse acted as lead managers on the deal.
