SaaS platform ConversionPoint files for a $40 million IPO

ConversionPoint Holdings, which provides an AI-integrated SaaS platform for marketing and e-commerce services, filed on Monday with the SEC to raise up to $40 million in an initial public offering.

The Newport Beach, CA-based company was founded in 2016 and booked $113 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2018. It plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol CPTI. ConversionPoint Holdings filed confidentially on December 17, 2018. Oppenheimer & Co. and GMP Securities are the joint bookrunners on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
