Reuters report:

- Rosneft floats idea of deliberate Russian oil output cut as one of the tools to balance global out market
This is hilarious. So Rosneft finds out its fields are drying up and that it has no choice but to cut output and now they're trying to spin that as a deliberate cut and trying to suck OPEC into purposely cutting as well.
If they had any sense of all, they would have agreed to a 'cut' when OPEC came calling in the first place, rather than letting this news get out.
