Rockbridge Inks JV Pacts for Up to 5 Alberta Oil & Gas Properties; Slates $400K Offering to Pay Portion of Costs

RockBridge Resources Inc. (RBE.V) is steady at 6 cents a share this afternoon after announcing joint venture agreement for up to five oil and gas projects in Alberta now owned by privately held Crimson Energy Ltd.

RockBridge described the projects as low risk, near-production opportunites with most of the wells already completed and either tied in or near tie-in points. Cost of bringing two of the properties to production is estimated to be about $750,000 and Rockbridge is moving forward on a $400,000 offering of flow-through stock priced at 5 cents each.
