Tsai brings several years of experience and a thorough understanding of accounting issues related to public companies. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Arriba Resources Inc. and also provides consulting services for Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd., Samaranta Mining Corporation and Cornerstone Metals Inc.
