Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc. 's RRGB Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brew welcomes summer season by introducing "The Yummm Hotline" (1-844-RR-YUMMM). Summer means it's time for barbeque season. Hence the company will launch a hotline to help customers who love grilling.
This communication system will be available throughout summer. The company will launch this hotline on May 30 which is celebrated as Memorial Day. Red Robin will offer callers the opportunity to receive tips from its culinary squad on protein preparation, buns and other stuff related to grilling. The telephone lines will re-open on other popular holidays of the season also such as Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.
Red Robin, which operates in the immensely competitive environment, has been undertaking several brand revitalization initiatives to remain a step ahead of its peers. These include menu innovation, improving food presentation and introducing a better customer service platform to drive revenues.
The company is also investing in technology to boost traffic, and to connect its brand more with millenials. The digital wave has hit the U.S. fast casual restaurant sector as a greater number of restaurants are deploying technology to enhance guest experience. With the launch of the hotline for grilling lessons, the company expects to improve guest experience and thus bring in more traffic at its stores.
