Radio network provider Ondas Holdings files for a $46 million NYSE American uplisting

Ondas Holdings, which provides a wireless radio system for broadband networks, filed on Friday with the SEC to raise up to $46 million in a public offering on the NYSE American.The company is currently listed on the OTCQB under the ticker ONDS.

The Sunnyvale, CA-based company was founded in 2006 and booked $190 million in sales for the 12 months ended December 31, 2018. It plans to list on the NYSE American under the symbol ONDS. on the deal. No pricing terms were disclosed.
