MOSCOW, Oct 24 (Reuters) - Russia's Polymetal POLYP.L may recommend paying a special dividend if global gold prices XAU= remain around their current level at the end of the year, CEO Vitaly Nesis told Reuters on Thursday.
Polymetal, one of the largest gold and silver producers in Russia, is in talks with European banks on potential green project financing, the CEO said, adding that a deal could be reached in the second half of 2020.
