WARSAW, June 14 (Reuters) - Polish rate-setter Jerzy Osiatynski said on Friday, that next year situation may require a hike in interest rates, but in 2019 the cost of credit will not be changed.

"This year, it seems to me that there will be no interest rate hikes," Osiatynski told reporters.

"As for next year, of course this is a decision of the whole Montary Policy Council, but I am afraid that there will be conditions in which rates should be raised. And (it should be) sooner rather than later."
