MANILA, Nov 7 (Reuters) - The Philippine economy grew 6.2% in the third quarter from a year earlier, led by the services sector, the statistics agency said on Thursday, faster than market expectations.
The median forecast in a Reuters poll was for gross domestic product (GDP) to have risen 6.0% in the September quarter from a year earlier compared with 5.5% in the previous three months.
