NZ's Fletcher Building plans $199 mln share buyback

Fletcher Building Ltd said on Wednesday it would buy back shares to return up to NZ$300 million ($199.32 million) to shareholders.

June 26 (Reuters) - Fletcher Building Ltd FBU.NZ said on Wednesday it would buy back shares to return up to NZ$300 million ($199.32 million) to shareholders.

The buyback is expected to start after its fiscal 2019 results, New Zealand's largest builder said. The firm's annual results are due in August.
