Rio Tinto (RIO): Traders bought 3,700 April 30 puts, mostly for $4.30, bracing against downside in the mining stock. RIO rose 1.24 percent to $27.87

SanDisk (SNDK): A trader sold 1,000 January 70 calls for $5.95 and bought 2,000 January 80 calls for $0.20. Volume was under open interest at both strikes, which suggests a ratio spread was unwound. SNDK fell 0.72 percent to $74.29.
