You know why two thirds of the planet is covered with water? Its so North Korea have a decent chance of hitting the target.
Anyway ... US State Department:
- Says it is aware of reports that North Korea fired ballistic missiles, "monitoring and continuing to assess the situation"
- Strongly condemns "this and North Korea's other recent missile tests," which violate UN security council resolutions
Also, Japan chief cabinet secretary Suga:
- Doing utmost for the safety of aircraft after the missile
