Nokia Advances Share Buyback Program

Nokia (GB:0HAF) has released an update.

Nokia Oyj has announced the purchase of 356,389 of its own shares at a weighted average price of 3.65 euros per share, as part of a two-year share buyback program initiated on March 20, 2024, to return up to 600 million euros to shareholders. The first phase of the program will utilize up to 300 million euros, with transactions completed on June 3, 2024, totaling approximately 1.3 million euros in value. Following these transactions, Nokia Oyj now holds 96,439,096 of its own shares.
