National Pancakes Day: How to Get Free IHOP Today

Today is National Pancakes Day and IHOP, owned by DineEquity Inc ( DIN ), is offering free pancakes .

Customers that stop by their local IHOP can get a free order of short stack Buttermilk pancakes. There's a limit of one order per customer and it's only available for those that are dining in.

IHOP is asking customers that come for the free pancakes to consider donating to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals or other local charities that it supports. The chain is hoping to raise $3.5 million for charity this year.

This year marks the 11th year in a row that IHOP has celebrated National Pancakes Day by offering free pancakes to customers.
