In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Western Digital Corp (WDC) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 4.6%. Year to date, Western Digital Corp registers a 46.7% gain.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is J.B. Hunt Transport Services (JBHT), trading down 4.4%. J.B. Hunt Transport Services is showing a gain of 8.4% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Electronic Arts (EA), trading down 2.9%, and Applied Materials (AMAT), trading up 2.9% on the day.
