In early trading on Friday, shares of Broadcom ( AVGO ) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 5.5%. Year to date, Broadcom has lost about 0.2% of its value.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is Fastenal ( FAST ), trading down 3.4%. Fastenal is showing a gain of 11.3% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Endo International ( ENDP ), trading down 2.7%, and Skyworks Solutions ( SWKS ), trading up 2.8% on the day.
