In early trading on Monday, shares of BioMarin Pharmaceutical ( BMRN ) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 3.3%. Year to date, BioMarin Pharmaceutical has lost about 21.0% of its value.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is Endo International ( ENDP ), trading down 13.2%. Endo International is lower by about 24.9% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Monster Beverage ( MNST ), trading down 2.4%, and PayPal Holdings ( PYPL ), trading up 3.2% on the day.
