In early trading on Monday, shares of Vodafone Group ( VOD ) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 1.4%. Year to date, Vodafone Group registers a 2.0% gain.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is American Airlines Group ( AAL ), trading down 5.0%. American Airlines Group is lower by about 4.5% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Cognizant Technology Solutions ( CTSH ), trading down 3.3%, and Seagate Technology ( STX ), trading up 0.5% on the day.
