In early trading on Thursday, shares of Tesla (TSLA) topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 16.6%. Year to date, Tesla has lost about 10.8% of its value.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is eBay (EBAY), trading down 7.9%. eBay is showing a gain of 28.6% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Hasbro (HAS), trading down 3.7%, and Align Technology (ALGN), trading up 12.4% on the day.
